The hotel staff here is lovely and always willing to help. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with a tablet to control lights and air conditioning. The facilities are great, including a nice breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelettes. The location is fantastic, with a shopping center around the corner, great taco places and restaurants nearby, and easy access to transportation and the Chapultepec Castle area.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel had impeccable cleanliness, with my room being super clean and well-maintained. The facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the fact that the room had both a tub and a shower. The location was ideal, as it was conveniently situated in front of convenience stores and within walking distance of many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist me.
Don't have any issues at all.

Good location, attentive staff, super bed, rich breakfast (buffet), with 2 cooking stations for waffles/tacos and egg dishes
Bathroom and furniture partly a bit spoiled, restaurant quite expensive with some products (steak), although the quality does not fully justify it.

The hotel was able to accommodate my early check-in request, which was very convenient after a long flight. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The location was walking distance from a public transportation stop, making it easy to get around.
The tour booked through the concierge was not a great experience, with an uninformed tour guide. Additionally, the restaurant staff was not very polite when explaining the payment rules for charging to the room.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, allowing me to check in early and check out late. The room, although a bit old-fashioned, had a comfortable bed and mattress that seemed new. Everything was very clean, and the staff in general was attentive and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the World Trade Center with its famous revolving restaurant, as well as near Montana Street, which has a great selection of restaurants from different cultures.
Couldn't stay longer.

I had a great weekend at the hotel with my family. The breakfast was fantastic, and we received two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The gym was well-equipped and allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine while on vacation. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home.
While the staff was friendly, the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly, causing us to feel uncomfortably warm during the night. Additionally, the bathtub didn't work, which was inconvenient.

This hotel has great location options for those who want to explore amazing restaurants. It is also very close to the World Trade Center, which has a fantastic revolving restaurant. It is situated in the Dakota area, close to Montana Street, where you will find many mouth-watering restaurants. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities and the breakfast offered is delicious.
The hotel could use a bit of a facelift, but it does not detract from the overall experience.
